You do not need a brief to start a product video

If writing a brief is the thing holding your product video back, skip it. A finished brief is not what we need to get started.

What we actually need

  • What the product is and what it does.
  • Who buys it.
  • Where the film will be watched - your website, YouTube, trade shows, product pages, social media.
  • When you need it. If there is a fixed date - a launch, a trade show, a campaign - say so at the start and we plan around it.
  • Which markets and which languages.

A few sentences are enough. The idea and the script are our job.

What you should get back

One PDF with the idea, a sample script, reference frames, the price and the timeline. It gives you something to show inside the company before anyone has to decide.

The quote is broken down by line item - script, storyboard, shoot, animation, sound, voice-over - so you can see what you are paying for.

Where the changes should happen

On paper. The script and the storyboard are approved before production starts. Changing a line in a script takes minutes. Changing it after the shoot is a different story.

We also collect feedback in one round instead of across dozens of emails.

What one project can give you

A typical product package is one hero film, three vertical social cuts, 10 to 30 lifestyle images and language versions - German most often, Italian, French and Polish when needed.

Who you talk to

The people who write the script and make the film. There are no account managers in between.
