Shelly's Wall Display is a touchscreen that runs the whole smart home from one spot on the wall. The film had to make a control panel feel like part of the room, not a gadget stuck onto it.
We wrote the script around small domestic moments - the room waking up, the lights changing, the home answering a tap.
It was filmed in a rented apartment, on an empty wall. The Wall Display itself was added in 3D afterwards.
This one was made before AI was part of how we work. Everything here is camera and 3D.
